1. Introduction

By using Resultype, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

Resultype hosts entertainment quizzes. The quizzes and their results are provided for information and entertainment only:

• our quizzes are for your own personal, non-commercial use, not for screening or assessing others;
• results are playful archetypes based on your answers and do not describe your personality or wellbeing with clinical accuracy;
• you must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the site.

2. Using the site

You can play quizzes without an account. If you create an account, you agree to provide an accurate email address, keep your login details secure, and maintain only one account.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

3. Quizzes and results

Each quiz asks a few questions and matches you with a playful archetype, complete with a blurb, tags, and a share card.

We may update, replace, or retire quizzes at any time. Quiz data saved on your device may become unavailable if a quiz is retired.

4. Membership

Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase processed by our payment provider, Creem. It is a license, not a sale: membership perks remain our property and may be revoked if you request a refund or breach these terms.

Perks include early access to new quizzes, launch emails, and style export options, and may change over time. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes.

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract for your purchase is formed when we confirm payment, at which point we will email you a confirmation.

5. Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds revoke access to member perks.

To request a refund, contact us with the email used at checkout. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to Creem's terms.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Acceptable use

• do not use the site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that damages or disrupts the site;
• do not scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the site without our written consent;
• do not attempt to access another person's account or data;
• do not use the site to impersonate others or post abusive, defamatory, or misleading content;
• do not use the site or its content for employment, recruitment, or other business assessments.

7. Intellectual property

Resultype owns the site, quiz content, character art, brand, and all related intellectual property. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without our permission.

8. User content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to improve and operate the site. Feedback is voluntary and may be used without compensation.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is accurate, complete, or always available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on our content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the country or region where you use the site, without limiting any consumer protections that apply to you.
